Nancy Harksen is an experienced
Administrative and Operations professional with more than 20 years of
experience in this field. She is the former administrative assistant to the SVP
of Finance and Treasure.
As the administrative assistant,
she was a full administrative and operations support for member of the senior
management of a $2 billion dollar Multinational Corporation. There she was
responsible for –
- Arranging international and domestic conference calls and video conferences
- Producing expense reports
- Assisting with numerous bank presentations
- Scheduling meetings, made travel arrangements, maintained calendar, responded to and sent out e-mails, typing/dictation, phones, prioritized mail & faxes.
- Obtaining necessary information from various departments for due diligence related to legal proceedings and bank deals
- Checking time sheets and issued checks for security personnel
- Reconciling Petty Cash and made various bank deposits
- Managing the tracking of leases, payments and associated equipment schedules
- Preparing borrowing letters, distributed cash forecasts, 10Q’s, 10K’s, daily cash reports and schedules relating to compliance requirements
- Keeping track of credit agreements and their amendments
- Developing and maintaining the Company’s bank database, 300+ bank accounts worldwide
- Opening and closing the bank accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries
Additionally, as an operation
executive, she has also worked as Client Service Manager and Advisor Support.
